What is the difference between having an account and buying as guest?
There are a number of differences:
As a guest the cart has an expiration date. In other words, your time to make a decision and a purchase is limited. Although the time is long enough (hours) this limitation means that you cannot continue adding to your cart from one day to another. Additionally, once the cart expires, all items will be lost and there is no way to retrieve them.
As a user (once logged in) you can keep the cart for as long as you wish or need, the cart never expires, and none of the items in it are lost.
As a user you can also see your purchase history (provided that you bought the items on this site).
NOTE: the record of items purchased from external platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc) is not stored on this site
How long does the delivery take?
Once the payment is made, the items are packed for shipping at the end of the day for the current day, then shipped the following day. Depending of the address, your product can arrive on the same day, or a few days later. We ship mostly in Bangkok, and generally, buyers receive their items within 24 hours of their payment.
How safe is it to buy on this site?
In terms of payment processing, there is no risk. The payment is done by direct transfer, from account to account, and can be performed on your mobile phone. We do not process credit cards nor do we ask for any information related to credit cards.
In fact, this is no different than paying in any shop using your phone.
In terms of trusting this site, we understand it may be difficult at first to do so, which is why we offer you the option to buy the same products on popular platforms, such as Lazada and Shopee.
We are teachers ourselves and our long term goal is to create a professional community of Thailand-based teachers and to provide them with the tools that are adapted to the realities of this country.
We do understand that trust is earned, so if it makes you feel better and safer, start with a small purchase, see what our response is, see if the quality of our products is at the level of your expectations then decide if you want to continue with us.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are covered in 100% of the following cases:
- The items were not delivered
- The items were shipped late
- There is a problem on our side
What is your policy on email spamming?
You will receive emails from us ONLY in the following situations:
- Purchase confirmation emails
- Payment confirmation emails
- Newsletters (ONLY if you subscribe to it)
- Sporadic communication emails (ONLY to solve issues related to your purchase, if any)
How strong should my password be?
It should have at least 2 digits, 3 lower case letters, 3 uppercase letters and one special symbol.
